3. Check items before operation shall meet the following requirements:

(2) The oil level height of each lubricating oil tank meets the regulations;

(3) Open the valve to discharge the excess water of the gas-water separator in the gas path system, and open the drain plug of the gas storage tank to release the oil-water mixture;

(4) The steel wire rope installation and drum winding of the lifting bucket or pulling shovel are correct, the steel wire rope and pulley meet the requirements, and the brake of the lifting hopper and pulling shovel is effective;

(5) The bolts of each part have been tightened, the inlet and discharge valves have no excessive wear, and the tension of each conveyor belt is appropriate, without deviation;

(6) All control and display parts of the weighing device work normally, and its accuracy meets the requirements;

(7) Each electrical device can effectively control the mechanical action, and each contact point and dynamic and static contacts have no obvious damage。

4, should be prepared according to the technical performance of the mixing station qualified sand, stone aggregate, particle size beyond the permitted range shall not be used。

5, each part of the unit should be gradually started。After starting, the operation of each component and the indication of each instrument should be normal, and the pressure of oil, gas and water should meet the requirements before starting the operation。

6, During the operation, in the storage area and under the lifting bucket, personnel are strictly prohibited to enter。

7, the stirring cylinder should be covered before starting。When the machine is running, it is strictly forbidden to put hands and feet into the hopper or the mixing cylinder to probe。

8, when the pull shovel is stuck by the obstacle, it shall not be forced to pull, shall not use the pull shovel to lift heavy objects, and shall not be turned during the pulling process。

9、agitatorFully loaded mixing shall not be shut down, when there is a failure or power failure, the power supply should be cut off immediately, lock the switch box, and remove the concrete in the mixing cylinder, and then troubleshoot or wait for the power to recover。

10, mixing station machinery shall not overload operation;The operation of the motor should be checked, and when the sound is abnormal or the temperature rise is too high, it should be stopped immediately for inspection;Do not force operation when the voltage is too low。

11, before the mixer is shut down, it should be unloaded first, and then turn off the switches and pipelines in order。All cement in the spiral tube should be transported out, and no material should remain in the tube。

12. After operation, the mixing drum, discharge door and discharge hopper should be cleaned, and washed with water, and the additive and its supply system should be washed。The tool base and edge of the weighing system should be cleaned and the weighing accuracy should be ensured。

13. During the freezing season, the water storage in the pump, additive pump, water tank and additive box should be drained, and the pump and additive pump should be started to run for 1-2min.

14. When the mixing station is transferred or disabled, the materials in the water tank, additive box, cement, sand, and stone storage hopper and weighing hopper should be discharged and cleaned。During the transfer, the balance weight of the lever scale head should be fixed and the sensor should be unloaded。
